Sew your own patchwork memory blanket

Learn how to turn baby clothes or meaningful garments into a beautiful patchwork quilt you can treasure for years to come.

This 3-week course (1.5 hours per session) will guide you step-by-step through:

• Stabilising delicate fabrics
• Cutting and preparing clothing
• Creating neat patchwork squares
• Assembling your quilt top
• Adding batting and backing

All materials are provided, so there’s no pressure to bring your own clothes.

Please note: This course is about learning the skills, not completing your own quilt. We practise using non-sentimental fabrics so you can build confidence before working with anything precious.

Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll have the option to return for guided sewing sessions (additional charge), where you can bring your own clothes and create your quilt with support.
